The Intel Desktop Board DH57DD features the Intel H57 Express Chipset and is designed to work with Intel's newest Core i5 and i3 series processors in LGA1156 sockets, as well as with Intel Pentium processors in the LGA1156 package. When paired with Intel Core i5 or i3 processors, the DH57DD will give you outstanding performance while being energy efficient.
For fast computer performance, the DH57DD supports dual-channel DDR3 memory with four connectors for 1333/1066 MHz memory. This allows for a maximum of 16 GB RAM, enough to accommodate intensive multitasking.

If you are looking to build a small tower and other smaller designs, the DH57DD is ideal. It features a Micro-ATX form factor that measures a mere 9.6 x 9.6 inches.

PCI Express Slots and Full Complement of Ports for Expansion
The DH57DD offers numerous slots and ports for expansion. A PCI Express 2.0 x16 graphics port lets you connect a high-speed graphics card, and there are two PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots and one PCI expansion slot available to connect PCI devices. And video enthusiasts will appreciate the two IEEE1394a (FireWire) ports--ideal for connecting devices such as digital camcorders.
